To access Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) or Residential Crisis Stabilization Services (RCSS) at Lakeland Alliance, clients or caseworkers can start by contacting our intake team. We’ll guide you through the referral process, which includes an assessment to determine eligibility. A referral from a mental health professional or case manager is typically required, along with supporting documentation. Once approved, we’ll collaborate on an individualized treatment plan and arrange admission into our home or schedule crisis stabilization services.

HSS
To access Housing Stabilization Services (HSS) at Lakeland Alliance, clients must be enrolled in Medical Assistance (MA) and meet DHS criteria, including having a documented disability and housing instability. The process involves completing a Person-Centered Plan and receiving DHS approval.
